[xubuntu-users] remmina issues after 13.04 -> 13.10 upgrade

When I upgraded from 12.10 to 13.04 I got a hiccup in Remmina. I had to 
explicitly set Advanced->Security to "RDP" instead of "Negotiate" and 
the problem went away.
