[xubuntu-users] Vertical panels on the right edge

what do you mean?
the only place where you cannot place a panel is in the middle in between
two monitors because that not a proper border, but else you can place any
panel anywhere you want, you can even place it in that virtual "middle" by
letting a panel just float there and not attach to any border.
