Yes, I sometimes use "Disk Utility". I couldn't find it on the LiveUSB of
Xubuntu 13.10 but I don't really need it. I always use GParted :)

Don't worry, I have done thousands of installations for the last 3 years
and had multi-booting systems with 12 systems installed on 80GB IDE HDD and
all my partitions where planned and created using GParted :D

P.S.
Xubuntu 13.10 installed so time to do some steps before sending a message
to my neighbour to collect his 'new' laptop :D I mean his old laptop that
is breathing new life now :)
