Indeed, it is now living on the "Settings Manager" instead of "System" :)

I found it. Many thanks :)

Vista has been wiped. GParted used to create new partition table and new
partitions and it is time now to breathe new life into this Toshiba Core
Due with 2GB RAM instead of Windows Vista :)

I am going to install Xubuntu 13.10 on this one :)
