[xubuntu-users] Choosing the right/best version (release) of Xubuntu

Stick with 12.04 (or 12.10). I've had bluetooth issues with 13.04 and
now bluetooth, sound, and power manager issues with 13.10. Basically,
hardware support was more robust with the year 12 versions.
