[xubuntu-users] Howto formatting a second HD

I run Xubuntu 13.10. On my Lenova I have another HD, visible from the
desktop. That HD was earlier in duty for another Linux OS. However I cannot
'reach' that HD, cannot neither paste or delete files/folders. Howto
overcome this 'inconvenience'? /DanHarry
