[xubuntu-users] unable to connect web through my usb cdma net dongle

I'm vishnu,reside in Kerala,India,
I use BSNL CAPITEL 3G CDMA Qualcomm Inc. usb (upto 3.1 Mbps) dongle,
I coudn't get connected to internet using xubuntu 13.04
usb-devices do list my device but is not recognised as a mobile broadband
modem,could anyone help,please ask if any further details are needed to
sort my issue
