Sorry, I may  not have explained my question clearly.

I will manage to install the soft together, not a problem, packaged or not.
Thanks a lot for your help.

My question was about package dependency *only*. It could have been on a 
totally different package.
I just would like to deep in to package dependency mechanism.

Here I've noticed one package requires apache2 *OR* httpd.
I've provided *httpd*.
But the package still wants to install apache2, why the OR mechanism 
didn't apply here?

I'm still digging.
