While Debian stable, is stable, it's often to outdated for usages with  
software, that need and have fast development. For me it's pro-audio. The  
Ubuntu LTS is absolutely ok for this requirement.

There are a few bugs in Precise, that are fixed for Quantal, but not for  
Precise and there are tons of bugs in Quantal.
Simply fixing the few bugs for Precise or any other LTS is what I want.
