[xubuntu-users] force xfdesktop to display animated gif

solved by opening the image with qiv -t image.gif
then wmctrl -l, grep'd the window number, awk'd field 1 and
wmctrl -i -r <windownumber> -b add,above
to force it to stay on top

not perfect but works
