[xubuntu-users] Upgraded to 12.10, top panel has lost its mind...

So I decided to upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 today. Everything seems to
have went find except when I logged back in, I noticed that my top panel
was kind of weird. If you look at the graphic at the link below, you
will see that my clock, virtual desktops, and other things that WERE on
the right hand side of the panel are now in the middle. These gradually
move to the right hand side as I open more applications on the panel but
they go back to the left when nothing is open.

I've tried to move them and it's not working. Any ideas how I can fix
this without a complete reinstall?
