[xubuntu-users] Concerning Samba (Neil)

Niel,

Samba is normally installed automatically. It enables file sharing with Windows machines and other *nix machines running Samba.

If you don't share files with anyone and don't access file shares over a network, it shouldn't hurt to uninstall it.
