[xubuntu-users] Upgrade advice

The theme does have notable improvements. As for differences many changes
take place that you may not even realise - the newest versions of all the
packages (new libreoffice too), newer kernel etc. Changes aren't
necessarily always visual, often to fix bugs or improve reliability.
