[xubuntu-users] how to run executable from ntfs

As normal user (without password)
when try to mark as executable via  (proprietà --> permessi)
(property --> right) the checkbox got always unchecked
Tried also
sudo chmod u=+x project1
or
sudo chmod g=+x project1
without effect
