[xubuntu-users] how to run executable from ntfs

Hi Xubuntu people
I switched from Ubuntu because of Unity and "what a surprice"! I like
this environment!
As hobby I use Lazarus and Free Pascal (write once compile everywhere)
so often I switch between Linux and Windows. In Xubuntu, after
compiled  a project in a pendrive (with ntfs) cannot run the
executable. I'm newbie, can someone help me, how to change this
behavior?
