Will Xubuntu 12.04 Be LTS Version?

Hi,

Will next Xubuntu 12.04 be a LTS(Long Term Support) version?
Been running Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 7 Home Premium 64Bit for over 1 year
and am wanting to return to to an Ubuntu based OS with LTS.

Tried Ubuntu and Kubuntu in a VirtualBox VM but did not like them.
Xubuntu with XFCE desktop looks very promising though.

Will XFCE be updated in Xubuntu 12.04?
