[xubuntu-users] Language installation woes?

Hello,

I installed Xubuntu 12.04, and the applied the language changes both in 
synaptic and in the "Language Support" applet.

Still lots of applications (thunderbird, firefox, knode, terminal, 
...)   are in english.


What is wrong?
