[xubuntu-users] Install xubuntu from a PXE boot

I don't know if such a thing exists for xubuntu, but one can install ubuntu
and convert it to xubuntu fairly easily.

# apt-get install xubuntu-desktop
# apt-get remove ubuntu-desktop
