Ubuntu Natty Narwhal is still in Alpha stage of development. That means
it really is not ready for use by the average person. If the news was
reporting it was completely ready to go, it would not be development
software, since the development cycle is only six months.

Yes, Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Kubuntu, Edubuntu, UbuntuStudio will all release
all at the same time. The numbers used designate the year and month of
release, so for Natty, we expect to release it 2011, 4th month. Should
the release be delayed for any reason into May, the release number will
also change accordingly.
