[xubuntu-users] Sudo thunar executable bit

Looks like thunar only will let you set a file to be ran as a program. 
However this option only presents itself after the file has a valid 
extension, like *.sh.

I am yet to find a work-around for this.  I'll let you know if I find 
anything.
