[xubuntu-users] Boot problems with Xubuntu

Hi

About every other time I boot I get a freeze. I can provide log info if you tell me what I should post. Just a hunch but with Nvidia proprietary drivers at some point in a successful boot a full screen Nvidia logo appears for a second. In my case when the boot fails that never happens - it freezes at the point right before I would normally see the logo, so I think it may be video driver(?). A funny thing is in my XP partition when I boot I had problems too  until I when back to an an older driver - just guessing...

I do a hard reboot and usually Xubuntu boots OK.

video card: Quadro FX 1600M
Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Linux 2.6.32-24-generic

Just mentioning it.
