[xubuntu-users] Can't get beyond 'Step 6' installing Xubuntu 10.04

I'm trying to install Xubuntu 10.04 (32-bit) on a Dell Vostro laptop,
I'm installing from CD.

Everything progresses as expected until Step 6, the "Who are you?"
page. Whatever I do on that page the Forward button stays obstinately
greyed out so I can't go any further.

Any ideas what's wrong and/or what I need to do to get any further?
