[xubuntu-users] Wifi and Other WMs?

I have installed Xubuntu 9.10 on my notebook.  If I run Xmonad, what app should I run through dmenu?  In other words, what app does Xubuntu 9.10 use in lieu of something like wicd?  And if I do install wicd to use in Xmonad, will that replace whatever app is currently running in Xubuntu?  Thanks.
