[xubuntu-users] Karmic Speed Decreases with Uptime

Hi,

I'm finding that Karmic Xubuntu gradually gets slower and slower with 
up-time. Rebooting usually restores it's speed, but it takes less time 
to slow down again after a re-boot. The only thing I keep running when 
I'm away from the 'puter is Thunderbird, ClamAv (daemon), and a couple 
of little applets (weather, orage).

Is this a bug or is there something I can do?
