[xubuntu-users] Xubuntu on Gigabyte Motherboard

Has anyone run Ubuntu on a Gigabyte brand motherboard?
I am thinking of buying a GA-GC330DU.
Atom 330 (64-bit capable)
Intel 945GC chipset
Can I expect any problems?  Is Intel 'Linux/Ubuntu-friendly'?
