[xubuntu-users] No wireless Internet

Please,
Can somebody help me?
I've installed Xubuntu 9.04 on my HP 6715s Notebook (dual boot with XP pro),
with Broadcom Netlink Ethernet.
Drivers are installed, network is recognized. Network Manager asks password
and all works well,.... for 2 minutes.
Then the connection is aborted.
I've tried to install WICD, but with no result.
Iǘe tried Xubuntu and Ubuntu 8.10 but both don't work at all.
I've tried a new installation of Xubuntu 9.04, and Ubuntu 9.04, but the same
result: Wireless Internet works for 2 minutes and then is aborted.
What seems to be the problem?
Note that I am new to Ubuntu/ Xubuntu and Linux.
Originally Vista Home was installed on the Notebook. But it was too slow. So
I installed XP pro, wich is faster, but still too slow. That is why I want
Xubuntu.
Best Regards,
Vincent
