[xubuntu-users] Help Installing Wifi Cards

My name is Evan Murri.

I doubt I will ever be proficient in Linux.  Perhaps I am
too old or just not willing to put in all the time it takes
(I bought a Mac a couple years ago and wasn't willing to
put in the time to learn a new OS).

Anyway, I have a few old computers that I want to
convert to Xubuntu and give to my 3 kids (autistic boy 17
and 11 and 14 year old daughters) to use at their mother's
house.  They live with her.

I can do everything but install Wifi cards (PCI or USB).
Their mother has Wifi and a computer is fairly useless
to a kid without the Internet.

I am trying to find someone or some store with Linux
expertise sufficient to install Wifi cards (I have several
cards
that I have used with Windows machines, but am
willing to buy new cards if necessary).

I live in Pomona, CA and would like someone close, if
possible, but am willing to drive to find (preferably a
store) someone who could help me.  I am very willing to
pay a reasonable fee.

I even heard about the So. Cal. Linux Expo by LAX, and
thought I would go there until I saw that it's the same
weekend that I'm getting married (not the way to start
a new marriage).

I'm sure there must be some user, or preferably some
Linux store that could help me.  I just don't know where
to look or how to find them.

Any info you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Evan Murri
