Dieter lange from hamburg, germany..
Hi again, david.
As i wrote in my first 2 mails, itś an ASUS R2h UMPC....
german ( Pal) edition , if there is an difference in Langualisation aND VIDEO-OUT STANDARDS ..( YES, IT IST, BECAUSE OF GEMAN paL tv-COLOR -SYSTEM !!! )
oKAY, GAO NO TIME AT THE mOMENT TO WRITE MORE..
tHE SCREEN IS NATIVE 800 X 480, UNDER WINDOWS, VIA SPECIAL INTEL DRIVER, A LOT OF DIFERENT VIRTUAL SCREEN-RESOLUTIONS ARE SELECTABLE, NOT ALL OF THEM REMEINING CONGRUENT , i. e. usable TO THE TOUCHSCREEN DRIVER ...
that meens, -terrible, but not yet bugfixed, as far as i know, that most screenmodes have massive offset pproblems between screen and touchpad..
no tool added, to fix that, i. e.. to adjust offset issues... !!!
windows , asus, & intel... a nonperfect -team !!!
ubuntu hopefuly will perform better ?!?!
At the very moment: not performing at all
read ya ?
