[xubuntu-users] Cannot detect any network cards

If the Dell has an AGP slot then pull the pci video card and put in an
agp video card. Then pull all the network cards and put one supported
network card in the first pci slot (closest to the agp slot usually).
Get that working first. Or if you don't have a spare agp video card try
one network card in the first pci slot and start the video card in
another  pci slot.
