[xubuntu-users] permissions issues

hi
i ugrade via updatemanage -d

i found the problem: Hal was not running because dbus started after hal and
gdm so i change the order now it works properly.i saw that on
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=3545464.

btw i have plenty of S20* in the rc2 folder.
