[xubuntu-users] HELP!

i recently installed Xubuntu over my Windows machine.. windows on NTFS and
my Xubuntu on ext3 with a 512MB linus-Swap.. everyything seems fine but i
dont have write access.. how can i get write access? i cannot execute
anything.. cannnot play any videos..
