[xubuntu-users] ISO testing section on the forums

Vincent,

Per your request, they've added a test reporting "bug" for the Xubuntu i386
Upgrade (bug #93798) and the Xubuntu AMD64 Upgrade (#93799).  You can report
your upgrade test results using those two testing bugs.  Here's the primary
