[xubuntu-users] Updates to Xubuntu testing

Vincent, according to the info pages, they should have a new "bug" up for
each new build.  It doesn't look like they are actually doing this, but it
might be because the Xubuntu testers haven't been using this testing method
up until now.  (K/Ubuntu testers are a bit ahead of us here.)

I'll chat with a few folks in IRC today, and will get back to you on this.
