Acually...it is windows that will frag grub. M$ OS's do NOT play well with others, so you are best to install the bully first, as he will claim the entire playground anyway, then install your linux. as they will install grub and M$ will be listed on the Grub menu

  RAID0 should be fine as long as its a hardware RAID instead of a software implementation. And I recommend always installing windows first and then any linux distribution next because generally the GRUB config will frag every other boot and you will have to re-edit it and that's annoying.
