Many thanks  to Johsua and Ivà for the valuable information about how to 
proceed in the upgrade. Only one other question: when I run "sudo 
apt-get dist-upgrade" after having modified my sources.list, the system 
warn me that  643 packages are to be upgraded, and also 176 new packages 
are to be INSTALLED. Is it normal the fact that the upgrade process 
bring so many new packages with him?
