  Hi Jorge,

  Try this:  right-click on the panel at the top of the screen, and select "Add New Item."  Then scroll down through the list of available plugins, and select the one called, "Xfce Menu." 

  You may have to move the plugin once it's placed back in your menu bar.  To do so, just right-click on the button that you just added, and select, "Move."  The use your mouse to move it to the desired location.  I hope that helps!!!
