      I noticed, sometimes in this situation I get a dialog where I can
      choose from applications, sometimes I get a regular file open
      dialog and need to navigate the file system.<br>
      I am sure someone more knowledgeable will know exactly why
      sometimes one dialog and sometimes the other appears. <br>
      I personally find the mime type management in ?ubuntu not overly
      intuitive<br>
