<div dir="ltr"><div>tl;dr Wanting to help, tell me how :)</div><div><br></div>Xubuntu 14.04 user here using it on an (about 10-year-)old laptop with a 1.5GHz Intel Pentium M processor and 1GB RAM. Want to help with the Xubuntu community in any way possible, I don't have particularly much time as I am doing my GCSEs atm but I do have SOME time and would like to get involved.<div>
<br></div><div>I have submitted various bug reports before and helped maintain some bug reports on <a href="https://launchpad.net/~ads20000">Launchpad</a> and I am Level 11 at German on <a href="https://www.duolingo.com/Ads20000">Duolingo</a> as well as getting a B so far in my German GCSE (so I might be able to help a little with German translations). I can't program particularly well as my school teaches QB64 and that is useful for pretty much nothing. I tried learning a bit of JavaScript (36%) and Python (20%) on <a href="http://www.codecademy.com/bitace69829">CodeCademy</a> but didn't get particularly far as you can see but if there is a project that I could help with just with CodeCademy skills then I could finish the relevant course and help out (it would motivate me). [I did the one star tasks on CodeCombat as well although I lost my account details so I need to redo them at some point]</div>
<div><br></div><div>I can write English fairly well ( <a href="http://fossreviews.wordpress.com/">see my website</a> which I haven't been keeping updated very well :/ ) and can do some basic command-line tasks thanks to Googling including compiling programs and running them. I have tried my hand at packaging (using the <a href="http://www.webupd8.org/2010/01/how-to-create-deb-package-ubuntu-debian.html">WebUpd8 packaging guide</a>) but I haven't been successful yet.</div>
