In the case there are more than one nominee, you should vote for one of the nominees. In the case there is only one nominee, you should vote for or against the nominee. In the case there are no nominees, the voting is cancelled and the Xubuntu team will meet as scheduled to consider the future. Anybody in the Xubuntu users Launchpad group is entitled to vote. When my term started on October 2011, the term length was set at three cycles, ending with the 13.04 release. To make the term end with an LTS release, the project lead is unlike normally elected for only two cycles.
