I'm using xfburn in xubuntu 12.04 and faenza icon theme fom
prepository and noticed that xfburn has no icon for burn button.

That's probably because Faenza does not support all those icons, in
the shimmer project git page there is an icon package called Faenza
Xfce wich include the missing icons for an Xfce enviroment, but off
course it depends on Faenza icons so should have both of them. Here
