I was thinking about this the other day actually. Thanks for brining it up. If we assign it to xubuntu-dev and use the target, we can filter by these two fields to generate our list. If nobody has a better suggestion/objection,  think we should accept this practice and start employing it. I asked in #ubuntu-devel, and Kubuntu-specific items would be assigned to Riddell, and we are free to take a similar approach - assigning bugs to appropriate members of our team, as we'd be responsible for them.  This seems like a good idea to me.
