<br><br>Couldn't have said it better!<br><br>Almost all Gnome stuff is optional, so I personally remove some apps after<br>a Xubuntu install, but I'd recon that for a new Xubuntu user, the given set<br>of applications are OK.
<br><br>Best would be that the default Gnome-loaded apps get stripped of their<br>dependencies, but that's subject to the amount of time Xubuntu devs are<br>willing to devote to that...</blockquote><div><br>Well, I'd at least want to say that, even though you probably won't hear it often, gnome-games is a very welcome addition for me and I think a lot of other people too.
