Both <a href="https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/Artwork/Proposed/E">https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/Artwork/Proposed/E</a> and <a href="http://www.doink.ch/xubuntu/desktop.png">http://www.doink.ch/xubuntu/desktop.png</a> look good to me (except for the dark panels in proposed E). Maybe setup a wiki page for voting?
