Hi

I`ve download CD Alternate Xubuntu 6.06.1
Powerpc and installed into a Mac G3
Beige (233).

But, since the machine is a called Mac OldWorld, I had to
recompiled the kernel to access the floppy (I don`t know if there was
another easier way)

So, I would like to know if you could help me about two points:

1. How could I access the printer? Using the setserial command?
If so,
whitch are the parameters? or Will I have to recompile the kernel
again? and
configuring which modules?

2. As there are instructions to BootX to boot Breezy`liveCD in Mac
OldWorld Machines, I believe that there are to versions Dapper and
Edgy too. So, do anyone knows which are the correspondents arguments
to BootX?

Thanks,

Francisco.
