hi:<br><br>i have been running ubuntu for a couple of months (dapper) and have been trying various desktop flavours over that time (kde,gnome,openbox and other custom mixtures). <br><br>i downloaded xubunutu last night and it really is a terrific release, it looks great, has a nice mixture of applications and is quick.
