Well, I can't install plugins other than those that come default. But I just have the version that comes with Dapper.

On 21/03/06, Jani Monoses <

They are compatible ... i upgraded to last svn xfce4-panel and now it
works, the issue seems to be that xfce4-panel is not considering the
plugins *.desktop files

jani could u check it ?

works fine here. I also have a svn install in parallel, I am not sure how they
influence eachother besides sharing ~/.config/xfce4/panel

does anyone else see this weird behaviour with standard dapper panel?

Jani
