Hello don't worry, you're mailing to the right place I don't know yet when the release will happen but we're aiming soon after breezy, if not in the same time. As for packages included it is up for discussion, the first mail to the list was actually a proposed list of packages but for those subscribing later I'll have to see why there are no list-archives generated at all. I am currently working on the bugs reported in malone against xfce and on putting apps in xubuntu-desktop. Someone just sent me offlist a very nice looking proposal for logo (men and mouse). I'll need to get in touch with canonical people to see what are the prerequisites for them starting to build iso images.
