[VOTE] Seeding new themes

Hi Team,

The voting for arc theme weren't completed in a previous email[1], so let's
try to finalize it. So far we have two +1 (bluesabre, me) and +0 (kryten).

In addition to arc, the yaru theme recently obtained xfce support[2], so we
also need to vote on this.
