Removal of pidgin

Hi Team,

With the addition of HexChat in 20.04 as the primary chat app to support
our default support medium, I'm suggesting again that we remove Pidgin as
part of the research I did[1]. Pidgin's usefulness has dropped steadily
over the years since previous chat protocols like MSN, Yahoo Messenger and
Google Talk are no longer around or no longer supported and it takes up
35,730kb of installed space. It also isn't bundled by any of the flavors or
any Xfce distro other than Manjaro.
