information about the development process & folder colors

Hello xubuntu developer,

I am new to this mailinglist and hoped to get information about the
development process of xubuntu on a regular basis...

2 or 3 weeks without a message seems strange to me.
Is there anybody out there? Is this mailinglist still active?

In relation to the xubuntu development I am interestet in the reason why
the folder colors has been changed with the last upgrade.
